基于知识管理的产学研合作协同创新

Research on Collaborative Innovation in Industry-University-Research Cooperation Based on Knowledge Management

知识管理是产学研合作的核心环节。本文分析了产学研合作中的知识管理活动,构建了基于知识管理的产学研合作协同创新系统,探讨了产学研合作协同创新系统的参与主体、服务机构、知识管理、协同创新和运行机制。最后指出了影响产学研合作协同创新的两个知识管理障碍,即公有知识和私有知识的冲突及知识产权的冲突。

Knowledge management is the core link of the University-Industry-Research（U-I-R） collaboration. This paper analyzes the knowledge management activity of U-I-R collaboration, and establishes the U-I-R collaborative innovation system based on knowledge management. Then the main participants, service organizations, knowledge management, collaborative innovation, and operating mechanism in the U-I-R collaborative innovation system, are discussed in detail. Finally, two obstacles that affect the collaborative innovation are put forward, one is conflicts between public knowledge and private knowledge, and another is intellectual property conflicts.
