摘要
以生态学理论为基础,提出了DICE生态模式,阐述了知识生态的概念,并以此建置了知识环境、组织环境、外部环境相互影响与作用的知识生态体系。文中借助知识生态中知识分布、知识互动、知识竞争与知识演化四个研究层次,揭示知识生态系统中知识利用、增值、流转及其进化的规律,为解释知识族群在知识生态系统内的生态关系提供了一种新的思路和方法,并借此为从宏观的视野重新诠释知识管理的诸多问题提供指导。
This paper puts forward the DICE ecological mode, expounds the concept of ecological knowledge, and constructs the role of knowledge ecosystem about the knowledge environment, organizational environment, external environment. In this paper, the explain knowledge groups in ecological relations within the ecosystem provides a new train of thought and methods the ecological system of knowledge utilization, value-added, circulation and its evolution regularity.The macroscopic view and to re-interpret the problems of knowledge management provide guidance.
