摘要
为了了解我国不同区域信息资源开发利用的差异状况,运用基尼系数和相关系数的分析方法,利用2014年公布的《中国信息资源开发利用指数报告》和相关的统计数据进行分析。研究显示,高新技术和信息资源产业化开发利用的基尼系数较高,显示我国不同区域在这两个方面存在较大的差异;相关分析发现,各省科技财政支出差异、人口素质差异和我国三大经济圈对区域高新技术和信息资源产业化发展有较强影响。最后提出促进我国区域信息资源开发利用的发展建议。
In order to understand the differences situation of different areas on inlormatlon resources ue- velopment and utilization, with the use of the Gini coefficient and the correlation coefficient analytical methods, and 2014 released "The Index Report of information resources development and Utilization in China " and related statistics, studies show the higher the Gini coefficient within the development and uti- lization of high-tech and information resources industrialization, showing a big difference in the different areas of China. Correlation analysis showed that the stronger impact facts are science and technology ex- penditure, population quality and China's three major economic circles on the area of high-tech and in- dustrial development of information resources. Finally, the promotion of regional development and utiliza- tion of information resources development proposals.
