摘要
从供应链企业联盟关系的角度,剖析供应链企业知识协同过程中知识共享、知识转移、知识获取、知识整合、知识应用和知识创新等知识协同行为之间层层递进的关系,阐述隐性知识和显性知识四种转化模式在知识协同过程中起的作用,并且建立供应链企业知识协同过程模型。结论认为供应链企业知识协同是六种知识协同行为非线性作用的结果,依靠知识转化模式的推动来完成,缺乏知识转化的知识协同难以实现或使效果大大降低。通过推动知识转化对知识协同行为有效地控制,能够最大限度的发挥供应链企业知识协同的运行效率和协同效果。
From ship of knowledge the perspective of the supply chain alliance, this article analysis of progressive relation- sharing, knowledge shift, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, knowledge ap- plication and knowledge innovation in supply chain enterprises knowledge synergy; elaborates the roles of four kinds of knowledge transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge; and establishes process model of supply chain enterprises knowledge synergy, In conclusion, supply chain enterprises knowledge synergy is a result of nonlinear interaction of six kinds of knowledge synergy behavior, relying on the corresponding knowledge conversion mode. Without knowledge transformation, knowledge synergy effect is difficult to achieve. Through effectively controlling of knowledge synergy behavior, operating effi- ciency in supply chain enterprises knowledge synergy can play a maximum synergy effect.
