摘要
采用不同的温度制度对添加剂进行煅烧合成,并制备ZnO压敏陶瓷电阻。通过TG-DTA、SEM、XRD等测试手段研究了不同煅烧工艺合成添加剂对压敏陶瓷的影响,并对ZnO压敏陶瓷电阻的电气性能进行了测试研究。研究结果表明,添加剂经过煅烧生成了成分均一的复合氧化物,有利于压敏陶瓷结构的均匀,经过850℃、90 min煅烧制得的ZnO压敏陶瓷电位梯度为243 V/mm,压比达到1.68,老化系数为0.85,2 ms方波300 A电流冲击通过率为100%,表现出较好的综合电气性能。
Additives powder was calcined under different temperature schedules and then ZnO varistor ceramics were prepared. The effects of additives calcination on the ceramics were studied by TG-DTA, SEM and XRD, and the electrical properties of the prepared varistor ceramics were measured. The results show that a homogeneous composite oxide is generated and it is helpful to the structural uniformity of the ceramics. The ZnO varistor ceramic with additives calcined at 850℃ for 90 min exhibits excellent electrical properties. Its potential gradient is 243 V/mm, its voltage ratio reaches 1.68, its aging coefifcient is 0.85 and the passing rate of 300 A 2 ms rectangular current test is 100%.
