高纯金属铒的制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 高纯金属铒是多种功能材料的原材料,其纯度对材料性能有较大影响,结合稀土金属制备工艺,系统研究高纯金属铒制备工艺,为工业生产提供依据。分析氟化铒等原料物像对还原过程的影响,确定最佳还原工艺条件:还原剂过量10%,1570℃保温10 min,金属收率大于95%,分析不同设备对金属纯度的影响,高真空和清洁蒸馏环境的钽片炉多次蒸馏可制备99.9904%(质量分数)的高纯金属铒。 Erbium is the raw material of many functional materials,and its purity has a significant effect on the properties of functional material.Combined the rare-earth metal preparation process,the preparation process of high purity Er was studied,and the optimum conditions was confined as following:the reducing agent 10% excess,the reduction temperature 1570 ℃,the holding time 10 min,and the yield of metal more than 95%,which can be used to support the industrial production.The effect of Er F3 phase on the reduction process was analyzed,while the effect of equipments used in the distillation process was contrasted.The purity of Erbium can be 99.9904 wt%,when the multiple distillation process was conducted in a Tantalum-furnace which has high vacuum and clean environment.
