摘要 以6个导入opaque-2(o2)基因的微胚乳玉米(简称o2微胚乳玉米)为材料,自交4代分别获得自交系S1、S2、S3、S4,随机抽样S1和S4的部分籽粒,测定其各种氨基酸含量。结果表明,o2微胚乳玉米各品系经4代自交后,氨基酸含量发生了增减两个方向的变化。1号、2号品系自交4代后,氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量都略有降低或保持不变,而3号、4号品系自交4代后氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量都有较大提升。o2微胚乳玉米自交4代后,除品系1外,各品系S4代都比S1代赖氨酸含量提高,并且差异达显著水平。S1与S4间氨基酸总量相关系数、必需氨基酸总量相关系数及赖氨酸含量相关系数均为正值,但相关关系都不显著。 6 micro-endosperm maize materials with opaque-2 (o 2) gene (o 2 micro-endosperm maize for short) were used in this study,which have been inbred 4 generations to obtain S1 ,S2 ,S3 and S4.A part of grains were selected from S1 and S4 in random sampling,amino acids were measured.The main results were as follows:after the inbreeding was conducted for 4 generations in the o 2 micro-endo- sperm maize,their amino acid (AA) content was changed.When they were inbred 4 generations,their AA content and essential amino acids (EAA) content in strain 1 and strain 2 were slightly lower or unchanged,but the AA content and EAA content in strain 3 and strain 4 were increased.After the o 2 micro-endosperm maize was inbred 4 generations,the lysine content of each strain in the S4 was higher than that in the S1 except strain 1 ,and the t was significant at 0.05 level.All of the simple correlation coefficients of AA,EAA and lysine content between S1 and S4 were positive but not significant at 0.05 level.
