职业刻板印象影响着人们从事职业的态度与行为,以至于影响其工作的积极性与业绩。调研高校辅导员职业刻板印象现状、人口统计学影响因素以及与其工作业绩预期水平之间的关系。以期为高校辅导员认清自己的职业认知和提高工作业绩提供实践依据,也为高校辅导员队伍管理者提供科学的理论管理依据,进而促进我国高校学生工作的高效性。
