摘要
本文选择铝粉与氧化铁作为铝热反应原料制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管。并对钢基体以及陶瓷管进行铝液腐蚀试验研究,结果证明对钢表面陶瓷化处理能够显著提高其耐铝液腐蚀性能。试验结果为延长电解铝工业装备寿命提供了重要的指导作用。
In this paper, the powdered aluminum and Fe203 were chosen as the raw material to prepare the ceramic--lined layers. The result of the corrosion test in liquid aluminum shows that the ceramic processing on the surface of cast steel will improve the corrosion resistant property in molten aluminum of suctorial aluminum tube. The experimental results provide im- portant guidance for prolonging the service life of the electrolytic aluminum industry equipment.
