摘要
膜技术给乳品工业带来了新的变革,其中反渗透膜技术已经证明是处理乳品工业废水的有效方法。从反渗透膜技术的工作原理、乳品工业废水的来源及特点、反渗透膜技术处理乳品工业废水的优点及存在的问题等方面,综述了反渗透膜技术用于处理乳品工业废水的研究现状,并探讨了反渗透膜技术在乳品工业中应用的未来发展趋势。
Membrane technology has bringed a revolution to dairy industry, and the reverse osmosis membrane technology has been ap- proved to be an effecitive method to treat the waste-water in dairy industry. The advance of osmosis membrane technology in dairy industry was reviewed from the mechanism, the origin and characters of waster water, the merits and drawbacks, and the future trends were discussed.
