心脏术后急性呼吸窘迫综合征的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS）是指肺内、外严重疾病导致的以进行性呼吸窘迫和难治性低氧血症为临床特征的急性呼吸衰竭综合征[1-2].迄今,ARDS的发生机制尚未阐明,病死率高达40％[3].2012年发表的柏林ARDS定义[4]其为发生于一周之内的,具有已知的临床诱因或新出现的或加重的呼吸综合征,伴有胸X线片上不能用胸膜渗出、肺不张、结节影、心脏衰竭以及液体超负荷等解释的双肺模糊影.
