早中期小细胞肺癌患者化疗与放疗的临床疗效比较

Comparison of early and mid-term survival rate in patients with small cell lung cancer accepting chemotherapy and radiotherapy

目的分析早中期小细胞肺癌化疗与放疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2003年9月至2011年9月间收治的85例早中期小细胞肺癌患者,按照数字表随机法分为化疗组(42例)和放疗组(43例),分别给予化疗和放疗治疗,观察两组患者的1年和3年存活率,并进行比较。结果经随访,治疗1年后,放疗组的1年生存率高于化疗组,但3年生存率低于化疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早中期小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗,早期放疗的1年生存率高于化疗,但化疗的3年生存率高于放疗。临床需要积极结合患者实际病情,选择合适的治疗方案,以提高患者的存活率。

Objective To explore the survival rate of early and middle chemotherapy, radiotherapy in patients with small cell lung cancer. Methods From September 2003 to September 2011, 85 patients with early and middle stage of small cell lung cancer were enrolled in the study and were divided into chemo- therapy group （42 cases） and radiation group （43 cases）. And they were given chemotherapy and radio- therapy respectively. After follow-up, the 1-year and 3-year survival rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results During follow-up, after 1-year of treatment, the survival rate of the radiation group was higher than that of chemotherapy group, but 3-year survival rate was lower than that of the chemotherapy group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions For patients with early stage small cell lung cancer, when treated with early radiotherapy, 1-year survival rate was lower than those accepting chemotherapy, but the 3-year survival rate of those accepting chemotherapy was higher than that of radiotherapy. So the doctors should choose the appropriate treatment scheme, in order to improve the surviv- al rate of patients.
