腹腔镜结肠癌根治术与开腹结肠癌根治术临床疗效比较

Comparison of curative effect of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation and open operation

目的总结分析腹腔镜结肠癌根治术与开腹结肠癌根治术的疗效。方法选择2010年1月至2011年5月间收治的80例结肠癌患者为研究对象,均接受结肠癌根治术治疗,根据手术方式分为腹腔镜组(45例)和开腹手术组(35例),观察比较两组患者手术中情况、术后情况以及随访结果。结果腹腔镜组患者的出血量为(112.5±6.9)ml,明显低于开腹手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后肛门排气时间、住院时间明显低于开腹手术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹结肠癌根治术相比,腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的临床疗效更佳,还能减少术后出血量和术后并发症的发生率,并缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical oper- ation and open operation. Methods From January 2010 to May 2011, 80 colon cancer patients accepted treatment in Ankang Central Hospital and were enrolled in the study. They all underwent radical resection of colon cancer treatment. According to the operation mode, they were randomly divided into the laparoscopic group （45 cases） and open operation group （35 cases ）. Comparison between the two groups were made. Results Hemorrhage of the laparoseopic group was （ 112. 5 ＋ 6. 9 ） ml, significantly lower than that of the open operation group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Anal exhaust time, hospitalization time after operation of laparoscopic group were significantly lower than those of the open operation, with significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Laparoseopic radical resection of coloreetal cancer can achieve bet- ter clinical curative effect, but can also reduce the amount of bleeding after surgery, reduce postoperative complications and hospitalization time. And it is worthy of promotion clinically.
