摘要
目的探讨家属及志愿者支持教育在喉癌患者术后延续护理中的应用效果。方法将100例喉癌术后患者按入院顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,研究组患者在常规健康教育的基础上给予家属及志愿者支持教育。对两组患者的社会支持水平、自我管理效能感水平以及生活质量评分进行比较。结果研究组患者干预后的社会支持水平、自我管理效能感水平以及生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家属及志愿者支持教育可明显提高喉癌患者的社会支持水平及自我管理效能水平,促进患者生活质量的提高,是一个可行的健康教育途径。
Objective To explore the effect of family and volunteers support education on the tran- sitional care of patients with laryngeal carcinoma after operation. Methods The 100 laryngeal cancer pa- tients after operation were enrolled in the study and divided into the control group and the study group ac- cording to the order of admission, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine health educa- tion, and the study group received family and volunteers support education based on routine health educa- tion. The level of social support level and self management effectiveness and quality of life were compared. Results After the intervention, the level of social support, self-management efficacy level and quality of life score were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The family and volunteers support education can significantly improve the level of social support level and self manage- ment effectiveness, and promote quality of life of the laryngeal carcinoma patients, which is one of the feasi- ble ways of health education.
