个案管理对乳腺癌化疗患者心理状况的影响

Influence of case management program on mental condition in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨个案管理对乳腺癌化疗患者心理状况的影响。方法将2013年1月至2013年12月间收治的80例乳腺癌改良根治术后化疗患者纳入研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者接受常规护理和定期随访,观察组患者实施个案管理。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组患者化疗前后的心理状况进行比较。结果两组患者化疗前SCL-90各因子评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后,观察组患者SCL-90各因子评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌化疗患者实施个案管理,有利于改善患者的心理健康状况,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of case management program on mental condition in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 80 breast cancer patients undergoing chemo- therapy were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received the routine nursing, while the observation group was given case management program. Symptom Chek List-90 （SCL-90） was used to investegate the mental conditions be- tween the two groups. Results Before chemotherapy, there were no significant differences in all factors of SCL-90 between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05） ; After chemotherapy, the all factors of SCL-90 in the observa- tion group were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The case management program can improve the mental condition of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, which deserves popularization clinically.
