摘要
为了评估同一实验在不同操作过程中是否有本质的差别,以采集耐碱玻璃纤维网布经向和纬向的初始拉伸断裂强力实验为例,提出应用假设检验的方法进行量化分析。采用正态PP图、Kolmogorov-Smirnov单样本检验法、两个独立样本Mann-Whitney检验法、游程检验法进行对比实验。研究结果表明,可以用假设检验的方法来量化分析实验过程是否有本质的差别;通过多角度对实验数据的量化分析,可以评定实验操作过程对实验结果影响有无显著性差异,评定实验数据采集过程是否出现异常。
For different analysts or different laboratories using the same analytic methods, or a analyst from same laboratory using a variety of different principles of analytic methods, the method of hypoth- esis testing can be applied to quantitative analysis, to assess whether there are essentially differences in their experimental process. Research methods adopt normal P - P diagram, Kolmogorov - Smirnov one -sample test method, two independent samples Mann -Whitney test method, Runs test method. The initial tensile strength data from longitude direction and latitude direction of Alkali - resistant glass fiber mesh will be collected by experiment. The research results show that the quantitative analy- sis of experimental data through multi - angle can be used to evaluate whether the experimental opera- tion have a significant difference on the experimental results. Thus laboratory management can be pro- moted through quantitative analysis of experimental data.
