腹腔镜应用于盆腔炎患者诊断及治疗的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Application of Laparoscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究腹腔镜手术在盆腔炎患者中的诊断以及治疗价值。方法选择我院2010-09-2014-08间住院部的110例盆腔炎患者进行研究,根据不同的临床治疗方法将所有患者进行分组,予以药物治疗患者为对照组,予以药物治疗＋腹腔镜手术治疗患者为研究组,分析对比两组患者治疗后临床效果、白细胞降低时间、症状好转时间、住院时间及生存质量评分等情况。结果两组患者经临床治疗后总有效率比较χ2=22.111 1（P=0.000 0）,差异具有统计学意义;两组患者白细胞降低时间以及症状好转时间、住院时间比较,研究组均比对照组短,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）;两组患者总生存质量评分比较t=14.761 5（P=0.000 0）,P〈0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜是临床诊断盆腔炎的金标准,其用于临床治疗盆腔炎效果显著,创伤小,安全可行,患者恢复健康更快,且能显著提升患者治疗后生存质量,具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective To research the value of diagnosis and treatment of laparoscopic operation in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Selecting 110 patients with pelvic inflammation in the hospital from September,2010 to August,2014. According to the different methods of clinical treatment,patients under drug treatment were regarded as the control group,and patients under the treatment of drug ＋ laparoscopic surgery were regarded as the research group. The clinical effect,the decrease of white blood cell time and the symptoms improved time,hospitalization time and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the two groups after clinical treatment was χ^2= 22. 111 1（ P = 0. 000 0）,and there were significant differences between the two groups; through comparing the decrease of white blood cell in time and the symptoms improved time and hospitalization time,the research group were shorter than the control group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups（ P〈 0. 01）; through comparison,total quality of life score was t = 14. 761 5（ P = 0. 000 0）,P 〈0. 01,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopy is the gold standard of clinical diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory disease,and there was obvious effect in the clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease,with small trauma to promote patients recovery safe and feasible and significantly improve patients＇ life quality after treatment. It has extremely high value in clinical application.
