论新疆高校民汉双语翻译人才的培养

A Discussion on How to Train the Bilingual Translators in the Colleges of Xinjiang

新疆实施"民汉双语翻译人才计划"(以下简称"双翻")以来,许多院校承担起"双翻"人才培养的重任。民汉双语翻译人才的培养应坚持以复合型、应用型为导向,根据社会需求和校情明确人才培养目标,制定人才培养方案,采用"双语+翻译方向"的培养模式,将双语能力与翻译能力有机地结合起来,在课程体系上体现各院校的培养特色。

Absrta ct：Since Xinjiang Government implemented the training project for bilingual translators, many colleges have taken the responsibility for it.In general, these colleges are supposed to train inter-disciplinary talents and applied talents for Xinjiang so as to meet the requirement of social need according to their school situation. When setting up talent training program, the colleges should follow the＂bilingual translation＂training mode to combine the talents bilingual, and translation ability together and show their characteristics in their curricular systems.
