摘要
法制计量在德国的国计民生中发挥着重要作用,德国联邦物理技术研究院(PTB)作为德国最高的计量机构在其中具有举足轻重的地位.介绍了德国法制计量体系的组织结构、基本内容和PTB所承担的任务,分析了近年来德国计量体系中出现的新法案和规定.并介绍了仪器仪表在出厂和使用过程中测试和性能评估的主要内容,最后,例举了安装管道和被测介质对流量仪表性能影响的测试技术和方法.
Legal metrology plays an important role for the life and industry in Germany. Physikalisch- Technische Bundesanstalt （PTB）, as the highest technical institution in the metrology area in Germany, the structure, the fundamental contents of legal metrology and the tasks of PTB are introduced. New verification laws in Germany issued in recent years are presented. The kinds of test, the contents of performance evaluation, and the criteria of acceptance for instruments from manufacture to application are introduced. An example is given to illustrate the technique and method used to evaluate the influences on flowmeters by piping.
