督灸治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛探析

Discussion on Treating Central Pain after Spinal Cord Injury with Du Moxibustion

从病因病机学角度研究了脊髓损伤(SCI)中枢性疼痛(CP)的发生发展机制,并参考现代医学疼痛原理探讨了督灸治疗可能奏效的镇痛机制,并借助其"温阳散寒,通痹止痛"的作用效果,探讨督灸治疗脊髓损伤后中枢性疼痛的临床可行性与解决方案。

This article is to explore the development and progression mechanisms of central pain（CP） after spinal cord injury（SCI） based on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,and to probe the effective analgesic mechanisms by referring to the principle of pain in modern medicine. It is also to discuss the clinical feasibility of applying Du moxibustion to the treatment of CP after SCI and the possible solutions based on the therapeutic effects of ＂warming yang and eliminating cold,relieving numbness and pains＂ of Du moxibustion in TCM.
