政企低碳管理的内外驱动因素协同演进机制研究

摘要 低碳管理已经成为当前理论界和实务界研究热点问题之一。本文从政府外部因素、政府内部因素、企业外部因素和企业内部因素四个方面详细地分析低碳管理的动力来源,并以此来构建政企低碳管理动力协同演进框架图,在阐述低碳管理和政企内外驱动因素以及各个驱动因素之间的多方向因果关系之后,深入探讨低碳管理质量向更高层级演进的途径,同时也识别出在低碳管理中政企关系转型升级的四个发展阶段。最后从哲学的视角来认识低碳管理是四驱动力协同演进的结果,并提出了相关建议。 Low carbon management is becoming the hot spot of the current academia and practice. Firstly, the paper analyzes the driv- ing forces of low carbon management from government external and internal factors, enterprise external and internal factors, and constructs the framework of the co - evolution mechanism of low carbon management in the government and enterprise. And then, with discussing the path of low carbon management quality to a higher level, it expounds low carbon management, internal and external driving factors of government and enterprise and multidirectional causalities of driving factors. Meanwhile, it also identifies four stages in the relationship of government and enterprise transformation and updating. Finally, it concludes that the low carbon management is the result driven by the coevolution of the four driving factors from philosophy perspective, and puts forward some related suggestions.
