摘要
文化创意微型企业受自身规模限制,在发展过程中常常会遇到技术与资源缺乏等方面的困境。发展深层次的协同创新,正是解决这一问题的有效途径。本文分别深入分析了国外文化创意微型企业开展协同创新所表现出的"小网络、大跨度领域"等特征、"在线与离线"等多样的协同创新方式与途径,以及分阶段侧重用户、企业、高校、科研院所、政府等的协同创新层次与类别。同时,针对我国同类别微型企业开展协同创新的现状与不足,提出建立文化创意微型企业诚信体系、加强政府的有效引导、落实协同个体的辅助管理职责、量身定做协同创新网络、拓展协同方式途径的发展建议。
Due to the restriction of the scales, the cultural and creative micro- enterprises are always in difficulties during their growth, such as the lack of technology and resources. It is the effective solution for the predicament of scarcity to develop the pattern of collaborative innovation. This paper analyzed the foreign cultural and creative micro - enterprises featured by small network and big span fields, and their diverse synergic innovation modes and approaches, for instance, online and offline, and then the innovative levels and classifications among users, enterprises, institutes and government. Meanwhile, it aimed at the current situation and shortage of synergic innovation applied in Chinese cultural and creative micro -enter- prises, and then put forward some future development proposals of establishment of cultural and creative micro - enterprise credit system, reinforcement of the government' s effective guidance, implementation of the individual auxiliary administrative duties, establishment of a customized synergic innovation network, and expansion of collaborative patterns.
