陶瓷文化创意产业生态系统评价——以景德镇为例

基于自然生态系统和产业生态系统相关理论,构建了景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业生态系统的整体框架;按照循环经济理论、产业竞争力理论和区域经济学理论设计了景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业生态系统的评价体系。根据该评价指标体系,采用德尔菲专家评分法(Delphi Method)和数值比较法对景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业的产业内资源利用、产业发展效益和产业技术创新进行了评价,最终计算出景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业的发展情况。研究结果不仅有利于有效挖掘出景德镇在陶瓷文化创意产业发展中的着力点,同时也有利于构建景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业发展规划和产品研发、生产计划,并推动社会经济"绿色崛起、引领时尚"。

Based on the natural ecological system and the related theories of the industry ecosystem, the paper constructs the overall framework of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative ecosystem; then according to the theory of circular economy, indus- trial competitiveness theory and regional economics, it designs ecological system evaluation system of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry. According to the evaluation index system, it evaluates the resources utilization, industrial development and industrial technology innovation efficiency of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry by using Delphi Method and numerical comparison method, and finally calculates the development situation of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry. The research result is not only conducive to the effective mining of Jingdezhen in the focus of ceramic cultural and creative industry development, but also conducive to the development planning, product R＆D and production planning as to promote social and economic development.
