江苏制造业服务化与全球价值链互动影响——基于联立方程的实证分析

经济发展服务化正成为世界经济发展重要特征之一。根据1997年、2002年、2007年江苏投入产出表,通过对各行业垂直专业程度的分析,发现金融危机前江苏制造业参与国际分工程度整体不高,但其后随着江苏服务业发展速度加快,反映江苏制造业服务化正逐步深化。实证研究表明,江苏制造业通过嵌入全球价值链促进了其服务化进程,但制造业服务化尚未构成价值链跃迁的有力支撑。故江苏制造业须积极融入全球价值链,致力于构建国内价值链,不断提高自主创新能力,充分发挥产业集群优势,以提升自身在全球价值链中的地位。

The economic servitization has become one of the important characteristics of the world economy. Through the analysis on the vertical specialization of the manufacturing industries based on the input- output table of Jiangsu in 1997, 2002 and 2007, we found that the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu have not participated in the international division of labor so deeply on the whole before the financial erisis. However, the fact that the tertiary industry in Jiangsu has been developed so quickly means that the servitization of the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu has been deepened gradually. The empirical research shows that the manufacturing industries of Jiangsu have promoted the servitization signifieantly by the embedding into the global value ehain even though the servitization of the manufacturing industries has not constituted a strong support for the advancement of value ehain, though it has been promoted to some extent. Thus Jiangsu must be actively integrated into the global value chain, establish domestic value chain, keep improving the independent innovation capacity, and give full play to the advantages of industrial elusters so as to enhance the position of the manufacturing industries in the global value chain.
