摘要
数字时代的到来为各国文化的国际传播、不同文化和价值的交流与交融创造了新的机遇,也提出了新的挑战。法国适时提出"文化数字化"政策,充分利用丰富的传统文化资源,大力借助现代高新技术,努力实现传统文化的传承与全球化背景下的对外文化传播,试图倚重文化软实力重建法国的大国地位。为此,法国在传播内容上,做到"不变量"与"变量"相结合;在传播载体上,做到有形的文化传播网络与无形的数字新媒介相结合;在传播地域上,立足欧盟与辐射发展中国家相结合。这种利用数字技术全方位地传播法语和法国文化的"扩张性"文化政策,对我国数字时代的对外文化传播具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
The arrival digital age brings both new opportunities and challenges for the internation- al communication of different cultures, and for the exchanges and integration of different values. Un- der this background, the French government put forward a culture digitalization policy which takes full advantage of traditional culture resources, strives to realize culture inheritance and the cross-cul- tural communication with the modern high-technology. The country aims to revive its status as a strong nation through strengthening its culture soft power. Therefore, French cross-cultural commu- nication strategies in the digital age can be summarized in three aspects, combining variants and invari- ants in communication contents; integrating visible cultural communication networks and invisible new digital media in communication vehicle; basing its cultural influence upon European Unions and radi- ates towards developing countries. The aggressive cultural policy, using digital technology to spread French and French culture in all directions, provides meaningful and referential ideas for China's cross-cultural communication in digital age.
