摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中37种元素的检测方法。根据化妆品不同基质,选用硝酸-双氧水微波消解体系或硝酸-高氯酸湿法消解体系,采用在线内标及碰撞反应池技术校正机体效应,外标法定量进行ICP-MS测定。方法检出限为1~80μg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.997,RSD为1.0%~8.9%,加标回收率为81.3%~115.2%。
An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 37 trace elements in cosmetic by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. According to different cosmetic matrix, samples were decomposed by HNO3 and H2O2 with microwave digestion or HN03 and HClO4with wet digestion, using online internal standard technique and KED measurement mode to correct the effect of matrix, then 37 trace elements in solution were analyzed by external standard method. The method was shown to be very sensitive with the limits of quantification in the range of 1- 80 μg/kg for all investigated elements, the linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.997, the relative standard deviation (RSD) in the range of 1.0% - 8.9% and the recovery of the samples in the range of 81.3% - 115.2%.
