摘要
建立化妆品中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量的测定方法。色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18柱(5μm,4.6×150 mm);流动相为甲醇∶水=70∶30(V∶V);检测波长248 nm;流速1.0 m L/min;柱温30℃,进样量10μL。欧前胡素和异欧前胡素在0~20μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.99;方法检出限为0.30μg/g,定量限为0.58μg/g;平均加标回收率为90.8%~97.8%,相对标准偏差小于4%。
A HPLC method for the determination of imperatofin and iosimperatorin in cosmetics was reported. Separation was achieved on a ZORBAX SB-C18 column (5 μm, 4.6 ×150 mm) with methanol/water (70/30, V/V) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength of UV detector was 248 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 %. It was found that imperatorin and iosimperatorin had good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0 - 20 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves were greater than 0.99. The detection limit was 0.30 μg/g, the quantitative limit was 0.58 μg/g. The recovery rate was 90.8%- 97.8% and the relative standard deviation was less than 4%. The method can meet the requirement for the simultaneous determination of imperatorin and iosimperatorin in cosmetics.
