摘要
锅炉烟气超低排放要求脱硫后的净烟气加热到80℃以上,我国目前正大量采用水媒式烟气-烟气换热器(WGGH)系统,实现脱硫前的高温烟气加热脱硫后的低温烟气。针对锅炉排烟温度变化大、锅炉排烟温度较高时烟气冷却器回收的热量多于净烟气加热所需热量的问题,提出了一种开式循环WGGH系统,并利用现场运行数据说明了该系统的有效性。
Ultra-low emission requires that the gas temperature after desulfuration treatment should be above 80℃. Currently, the high temperature gas before performing desulfuration is used to heat the low temperature gas entering the WGGH system. It is found that when the boiler exhaust gas temper is high, the heat absorbed by the gas cooler is more than that needed for heating flue gas. Besides, large variations are also frequently encountered. For these issues, in this paper, we propose a open-cycle WGGH system, and the effectiveness of this system has been confirmed by field operational data.
