2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸与脂联素水平变化的研究

Study on Type 2 Diabetes Patients' Homocysteine and Adiponectin Levels

目的:分析2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸与脂联素水平变化情况。方法:选择在本院接受住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据肾功能受损情况分为2型糖尿病未合并靶器官损伤的对照组、2型糖尿病合并肾功能损害Ⅰ期组、2型糖尿病合并肾功能损害Ⅱ期组,比较三组患者的肾功能常规指标值、同型半胱氨酸与脂联素水平、同型半胱氨酸及脂联素水平与内生肌酐清除率的相关性。结果:(1)三组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肾功能Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组患者的内生肌酐清除率低于对照组;(2)肾功能Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组患者的同型半胱氨酸与脂联素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)同型半胱氨酸、脂联素水平与内生肌酐清除率呈负相关关系。结论:2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸与脂联素水平变化可以敏感及准确反映肾功能变化,对于早期发现并治疗糖尿病肾病具有积极的临床意义。

Objective： To analyze the Studies of type 2 diabetes patients＇ homocysteine and adiponectin levels.Methods：Choosed type 2 diabetes patients in our hospital as study object,divided into control group with type 2 diabetes of no target organ damage,type 2 diabetes with renal impairment Ⅰstage group,type 2 diabetes with renal impairment Ⅰstage group,compared renal function,homocysteine and adiponectin levels,Correlation between homocysteineⅡ adiponectin levels and creatinine clearance rate.Results：（1） The three groups of patients with serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen level was no significant difference（P〉0.05）,renal function stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ of the group of patients with creatinine clearance was less than control group（P〈0.05）;（2） Kidney function of group Ⅰ,homocysteine and adiponectin levels were higher than group Ⅱ（P〈0.05）;（3）Homocysteine,adiponectin and endogenous creatinine clearance rate was negatively correlation.Conclusion：Patients with type 2 diabetes homocysteine and adiponectin levels in sensitive and can accurately reflect changes in renal function,for the early detection and treatment of diabetic nephropathy with positive clinical significance.
