肺癌放射治疗所致急性放射性肺炎的临床治疗分析

Clinical Study on Lung Cancer Radiotherapy Induced Acute Radiation Pneumonitis

目的：探讨肺癌放射治疗（放疗）所致急性放射性肺炎的临床治疗思路。方法：将我院2010年8月~2013年7月收治的肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎患者105例纳入本研究,根据随机原则分组。对照组患者接受西医常规治疗,实验组患者接受中西医结合治疗。连续治疗4周,对比两组在治疗有效性和安全性方面的差异性。结果;与对照组对比,我们发现实验组总有效率明显较高,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义（P〈0.05）。对比两组安全性发现,不良反应发生率组间差异统计学分析后认为无意义（P〉0.05）。结论：给予肺癌放疗所致急性放射性肺炎患者行中西医结合法治疗,有利于缓解或消除患者的临床症状及相关体征,不良反应小。

Objective： Observe clinical therapy of lung cancer radiotherapy induced acute pneumonia,for reference.Methods：Choose 105 cases with lung cancer radiotherapy induced acute pneumonia in our hospital from Aug.2010 to Jul.2013 included in this study,randomly grouping.Control group received routine treatment of Western medicine,experimental group received combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks,compared the therapeutic effectiveness and safety differences.Results：Compared with control group,experimental group total effective rate was significantly higher,the differences were analyzed statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Comparing safety,the incidence of adverse reactions differences has no significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：For lung cancer caused by radiotherapy in patients with acute radioactive pneumonia in combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,can reduce or eliminate the patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs,adverse reaction is small,the future can be applied as effective scheme of lung cancer radiotherapy induced acute radioactive pneumonia treatment.
