DBP基因rs7041位点多态性与汉族人群肥胖易感性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨维生素D结合蛋白(DBP)基因rs7041位点多态性与汉族人群肥胖易感性的关系。方法:采用PCR·RFLP技术检测211例肥胖者和213例体重正常者的DBP基因rs7041位点基因型,采用logistic回归分析基因多态性与肥胖的关联性,采用多因素降维法分析基因一环境之间的交互作用。结果:肥胖组和对照组DBP基因rs7041位点TG+GG和TT基因型分布频率差异有统计学意义(X2=5.425,P=0.020),肥胖组rs7041位点等位基因G分布频率高于对照组(x2=5.175,P=0.023)。调整相关影响因素后,DBP基因rs7041位点TG基因型携带者肥胖危险性升高(调整OR=1.528,95%CI=1.017—2.295),TG+GG基因型携带者肥胖危险性升高(调整OR=1.605,95%CI=1.079~2.389)。进一步分析显示,DBP基因与环境因素(吸烟、饮酒、体力活动等)之间无交互作用(P〉0.05)。结论:DBP基因rs7041位点多态性与肥胖易感性之间存在关联。 Aim: To explore the association of vitamin D binding protein( DBP) gene rs7041 locus polymorphism with the susceptibility of obesity in Han population. Methods: The single nucleotide polymorphism of DBP gene rs7041 in 211 obese individuals and 213 controls were detected using PCR-RFLP. The association between DBP gene polymorphism and obesity was estimated by logistic regression,and interaction of gene-environment was evaluated using the non-parametric multifactor dimensionality reduction model. Results: Significant difference was found in the gene type TG + GG and TT frequency of rs7041 between obesity and control groups( χ2= 5. 425,P = 0. 020). The frequency of G allele in obesity group was higher than that of control group( χ2= 5. 175,P = 0. 023). Further analysis revealed that TG and TG + GG of DBP gene rs7041 polymorphism increased the risk of obesity after adjusting age,gender,etc( adjusted OR = 1. 528,95%CI = 1. 017- 2. 295; adjusted OR = 1. 605,95% CI = 1. 079- 2. 389). Gene-environment interaction analysis presented no interaction between DBP gene and environmental factors( smoking,alcohol consumption,physical activity,etc)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: DBP gene rs7041 polymorphism is associated with the risk of obesity.
