网络的发展为人类社会的生产、生活带来了极大便利,但同时,网络是一把"双刃剑",过度沉溺于网络又不可避免地产生一些负面影响。部分青少年,尤其是部分大学生的"网络依赖症"严重影响了其现实生活的人际沟通能力。为此,应规范大学生的上网行为,开展丰富多彩的活动,增强其人际沟通能力。

The development of the network has brought great convenience to the production and living of human society, but at the same time, the network is a double-edged sword, excessive addicted to Internet will inevitably produces some negative influence. Some youngsters, especially the part of college students＂ ＂Intemet addiction＂ seriously affected the real life of inter- personal communication. Through the questionnaire survey resuhs and combined with relevant cases, the author objectively analyzes the part of the college students＂ Internet addiction, real communication, cause, adverse effects of ignoring the current situation and the relevant and suggestions.
