耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯杆菌耐药机制与检测 被引量:7

摘要 自二十世纪末,耐碳青霉烯类抗生素的肺炎克雷伯杆菌(CRKP)首次被分离出来以后,CRKP菌株所导致的感染在细菌感染疾病中的比重日渐增加。超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)基因使肺炎克雷伯杆菌(KP)菌株获得了能够灵活地水解包括头孢三代、单环类抗生素在内的β-内酰胺类抗生素的能力,由此碳青霉烯类抗菌素成为对付难以控制的KP感染的有力武器。这种局面持续到2000年,CRKP的出现和广泛传播给临床医生带来了巨大挑战。
