直升机燃油箱安装方式设计缺陷及改进探讨

Study on Design Defect and Improvement for Installation Method of Helicopter Fuel Tank

直升机燃油箱的主要功能是贮存直升机任务剖面所需的燃油。分析了直升机燃油箱安装方式的设计缺陷,进行了改进研究,解决了油箱顶部局部塌陷、吊绳磨损、吊耳脱落及尼龙搭扣脱落等故障,进一步探讨了过盈量、防爆安全、火焰抑制、坠撞安全性和战场生存力等技术。

The main function of fuel tank is storing the necessary fuel for helicopter accomplish mis- sion. The design defect of helicopter fuel tank installation was analyzed in this article, and the im- provement was studied to solve the following defect of fuel tank installation, the fall down on local tank top skin, the abrasion of ropes, the drop down of lifting lug and Velcro. The improvement of the magnitude of interference, the explosion safety, the fire control, the drop safety, and the surviv- ability on battlefield were discussed.
