摘要
旋翼锥体测量是直升机一项重要的常规视情检查项目,由于旋翼锥体直接影响直升机的振动,而且使用频度较大,所以旋翼锥体测量方法是直升机研究的一个重要内容。研究了一种基于UDT设备的旋翼锥体测量方法,分析了其工作原理及锥体的计算方法,并在此基础上设计实现了一套具有综合测量、实时处理和故障诊断能力的直升机旋翼锥体测量系统。
Rotor track measuring is a general and important maintenance work ot hehcopter, Rotor track directly effects vibration of helicopter and checking rotor track in high frequency, so the way of measuring rotor track is an important research direction. This paper mainly introduced the principle of a measuring method based on UDT. A rotor track measuring system with the ability of comprehensive measurement, real time processing and fault diagnosis was designed and implemented.
