摘要
水钢生产钢绞线用钢的铁水未进行预脱硫处理,LF脱硫负荷较重,通过分析LF炉精炼渣的组成对其脱硫能力、化学反应速度等性能的影响,确定了精炼渣的基本组成为CaO-SiO2-MgO—Al2O3渣系及其含量。在生产中,通过改进转炉挡渣、优化炉渣脱氧及吹氩、温度控制,使LF精炼脱硫率达到70%,产品中硫含量控制在0.007%的水平,保障了产品质量。
Since the hot metal used for producing strand steel was not pre-desulfurized, desulfurization load of LF was heavy. By analyzing the influences of LF refining slag composition on its desulfurization ability, chemical reaction rate and so on, CaO-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3 refining slag is chose and its composition is defined. By improving converter blocking slag and optimizing deoxidization of slag, argon-blowing technology and temperature control, desulfurization rate of LF refining process has reached 70% and the average sulfur content in steel is the level of 0.007%, assuring the quality of steel products.
