摘要
介绍了水钢轧钢厂三棒线带肋钢筋五切分轧制工艺,通过孔型系统设计、轧制技术参数计算、导卫系统的选择、可调式导卫的研发,成功开发出适合水钢棒材产线6机架粗轧-6机架中轧-7机架精轧工艺布局的五切分轧制工艺。相比于四切分工艺,Ф12mm螺纹钢产量提高了20%,经济效益显著。
The five-strands splitting rolling technology for ribbed steel bar is introduced in No.3 bar rolling line from the rolling plant of Shui Steel. Through roll pass system design, technical parameter calculation, guide system selection and adjustable guide development, the five-strands splitting rolling technology fitted for the rolling process layout of 6 roughing mills-6 intermediate mills-7 finish rolling mills has been developed successfully for bar production line in Shui Steel. The output of five-strands splitting rolling process for Ф 12mm ribbed steel bar increases by 20% over that of four-strands splitting rolling process, which has notable economic benefit.
