高校辅导员师德建设的伦理定向及路径探究

Inquiry of the Ethical Orientation and Path of College Counselors' Ethics Construction

师德建设是高校教师队伍建设的灵魂和基础。从高校辅导员职业角色的伦理定向入手,结合对当前高校辅导员师德现状的调查,从社会环境因素、学校管理因素以及高校辅导员自身因素探析问题的成因,提出高校辅导员师德建设要着力于辅导员自身道德修养,注重将师德教育与高校辅导员的职业成长相结合,完善高校辅导员师德考核评价体系建设,充分发挥师德文化的涵濡浸渍作用。

Teacher＇s ethics construction is the soul and foundation of teacher troops construction in colleges and universities. Combining the ethics investigation of the current situation of college coun- selors with the ethical orientation of college counselors＇ professional role , the study explores the cau- ses to the problems in terms of social environmental factors, school management factors and college counselors＇ own factors, proposes that college counselors＇ ethics construction should focus on the im- provement of counselors＇ own morality, pay attention to the combination of ethics education and col- lege counselors＇ career growth, improve the construction of their ethics evaluation system and give full play to the role of ethics culture in imperceptible influence.
