妇科肿瘤术后尿路感染的危险因素调查分析以及防治

Risk Factors of Urinary Tract Infections in Gynecological Oncology Surgical Patients

目的研究妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者尿路感染的相关因素,为预防和控制尿路感染的发生提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院妇科肿瘤患者术后尿路感染相关因素及感染病原菌进行调查与分析。结果共调查该医院妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者281例,术后发生尿路感染17例,感染率为6.05%,合并糖尿病患者,高龄患者(P<0.01),留置导尿管>7d(P<0.01),住院时间>15d(P<0.01)等因素构成妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后尿路感染的主要危险因素,病原菌以大肠埃希菌为主。结论妇科肿瘤患者术后尿路感染是多因素结合作用的结果,其发生率较高,相关因素较明确,根据相关因素,预防与控制医院感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the factors of urinary tract infections and provide the basis for prevention and control in gynecological oncology surgical patients. Methods The incidence rate of urinary tract infections in gynecological oncology surgical patients was calculated with retrospective analysis. The risk factors and bacteria which contributed to were examined. Results In 281 patients ,the incidence rate of urinary tract infections was 6.05%. The primary risk factors were advanced age above 60 years old（P〈0.01） ,catheter used more than 7 days（P〈0.01 ） and hospital stayed more than 15 days （P〈0.01）. Pathogenic bacteria was given priority to with e.coli. Conclusion Multi-factors which contribute to high morbidity of urinary tract infections have been considered to prevent and control the infections in gynecological oncology surgical patients.
