脓毒症老年患者与TREM-1、MMP-9的相关性研究

Study on the correlation of sepsis in patients with TREM-1,MMP-9

目的通过观察脓毒血症老年患者血清TREM-1、MMP-9水平,探讨脓毒血症与血清TREM-1、MMP-9的可能相关机制。方法选择我院27例脓毒血症老年患者纳入实验组,同期选择32例在本院体检健康者作为对照组;对照组及实验组分别在入院后第12h、24h、48h各抽取外周静脉血5ml,使用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)检测MMP-9水平,使用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测TREM-1水平;比较两组患者MMP-9与TREM-1水平;实验组MMP-9基因表达相对于对照组表达差异倍数用2-ΔΔCT方法表示。结果实验组第12h MMP-9基因表达比对照组平均高1.73倍(1.03-2.96);实验组第24h MMP-9基因表达比对照组平均高1.53倍(1.08-2.92);实验组第48h MMP-9基因表达比对照组平均高1.61倍(1.07-3.09)。实验组各时间点TREM-1水平显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),实验组第24h TREM-1水平显著高于实验组第12h(P<0.05),实验组第48h TREM-1水平显著高于实验组第24h(P<0.05)。结论实验组血清MMP-9、TREM-1水平显著高于对照组这提示脓毒血症与血清MMP-9、TREM-1水平升高之间存在某种关联性。

Objective To expression levels of sepsis in elderly patients with serum TREM-1, MMP-9,to explore the relevant mechanism of sepsis. Methods 27 cases of sepsis in elderly patients in the experimental group;choose the same period in our hospital 32 cases of healthy persons as control group. The 12h,24h,48h of the peripheral blood was taken after the onset of 5ml in experimental group,the temperature of -20 DEG C refrigerator. Comparison of two groups of patients with MMP-9 and TREM-1 levels. Results The expression of gene MMP-9 in the experimental group compared with the control group using 2- differential expression of multiple delta delta CT method indicated that the specific numerical table 1. The MMP-9 gene in the experimental group,the expression of 12h was 1.73 times higher than in controls （1.03-2.96）;gene expression in the experimental group,24h MMP-9 was 1.53 times higher than in controls（1.08-2.92）;gene expression in the experimental group,48h MMP-9 was 1.61 times higher than in controls （1.07-3.09）. The level of TREM-1 in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （all P〈0.05）,the 24h level of TREM-1 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group, 12h （P〈 0.05）,the 48h level of TREM-1 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group,24h （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum MMP-9 and TREM-1 level of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,levels of TREM-1 MMP-9. Prompt sepsis and serum MMP-9 ,TREM-1 levels exist some correlation between higher.
