不同血液净化方式治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨尿毒症皮肤瘙痒应用不同血液净化方法治疗的临床效果。方法将我院近两年收治的90例尿毒症皮肤瘙痒患者随机分为甲组(血液灌流串联血液透析组)、乙组(高通量透析组)、丙组(血液透析组),比较3组患者不同时间点尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)浓度水平,治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果⑴相较治疗前,3组患者血肌酐、尿素氮均出现明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑵甲组、乙组患者甲状旁腺激素浓度在治疗前后相比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗前后3组患者的甲状旁腺激素浓度比较有显著差异(P<0.05);⑶甲组、乙组患者治疗总有效率明显大于丙组(P<0.05);⑷3组患者不良反应发生率比较无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液透析治疗尿毒症患者同时给予其高通量透析或联合血液灌流治疗能够有效有效地清除甲状旁腺激素,缓解皮肤瘙痒临床症状,效果确切。
