基于霍尔传感器的多通道电源监控系统设计

摘要 在惯性仪表测试系统中,实现了基于霍尔传感器的多通道电源监控系统的设计。该系统采用霍尔电压传感器和霍尔电流传感器,在测试过程中实时监控被测陀螺仪的用电状况。该监控系统具有4个通道,可以同时精确监控4个仪表的电压值和电流值。由于监控电路与被测仪表的供电回路完全隔离,测试过程中对被测仪表无影响。实验结果表明该系统可实现高精度的电源状态监控。 In the inertial measurement system, the design scheme of the multi-channel power supply monitoring system based on Hall sensor is realized. The Hall voltage sensor and the Hall current sensor are used in the system to realize the electric status of the gyroscope in real-time monitoring during the testing process. The monitoring system has 4 channels and can simultaneously monitor the voltage and current values of 4 meters accurately. Because the monitoring circuit is completely isolated from the power supply circuit of the instrument, it has no effect on the instrument. The experimental results show that the system can achieve high accuracy of the power state monitoring.
