摘要 根据电子驻车制动EPB系统与控制理论,设计了EPB试验平台结构图与平面图。为了更好地模拟实车工况,设计了一款车身姿态模拟器,提出以试验平台为基础模拟实车工况和采集制动压力的方法,并给出该平台的4种驻车功能及其工作机制。结果表明:采用理论计算与Simulink建模仿真相结合的方法检验平台的制动性能,能够满足实车制动性能要求。 According to the electronic parking brake system (EPB) and control theory, the structure and plan of the EPB test platform are designed in this paper. In order to better simulate the real vehicle test conditions, a body attitude simulator is proposed. The method of simulating the real vehicle operating condition and braking pressure based on experimental platform is presented, and the 4 parking functions and working mechanism of the platform are given. The braking performance of the platform is tested by theoretical calculation and Simulink simulation. The test results show that the braking performance of the vehicle is satisfying.
