地方本科院校应对人才需求的转型发展之路——以天津市为例

Transitional development of regional universities according to talent demand——A case study of universities in Tianjin

针对地方本科院校输送的毕业生在专业、技能等方面远不能满足劳动力市场对于高素质技术技能型应用人才需求的结构性矛盾问题,在分析德国应用技术大学成功发展经验的基础上,为地方本科院校的转型发展在办学定位、专业设置、师资储备等方面提出了建议与对策。

As for the problem that the graduates from local undergraduate colleges and universities can not meet the needs of labor markets for high-quality technical talents of professional skills, on the basis of analyzing the successful development experiences of German University of Applied Sciences, some suggestions are made for the transformation of the development of the local colleges and universities in the orientation of running a school, professional settings, teaching reserves, etc.
