从西方生态语言学看中国语言规划与政策

Language panning and policy in China from the perspective of western eco-linguistics

随着信息化社会到来,语言规划与政策的制定不仅与人民的语言生活休戚相关,更涉及国家信息安全与国家长远发展,具有重要战略意义。语言是国之大事,应予以国家层面的关注。本文从西方生态语言学角度切入论题,通过对语言与自然存在关系的解读,探讨如何实现我国语言规划与政策制定的科学性、系统化与可持续发展。

With the advent of information society, language planning and policy are not only related to the citizens daily life, but also have been deeply involved in the information security of the country and long-term development of the nation, which are of the important significance of strategy. Thus, the application of language is a national affair which should require the focus from the government. This paper mainly explores how to realize the scientific, systematic and sustainable development of the language planning and policy in our country through the perspective of western eco-linguistics, namely analyzing the relationship between language itself and natural being.
