摘要
详细分析了1 905mm叶片的强度、振动特性,以及叶片围带、拉筋等阻尼结构对各阶频率的影响。分析表明,叶片为1阶调频叶片,强度、振动特性良好;调整拉筋特征尺寸对2阶频率有明显影响。
The precise structural and dynamics analysis of the 1 905 mm super-long I.P last blades are presented. The affect of geometries and positions of the shroud and stub on the frequency of the blade is also discussed. Based on the analysis results, the first frequency mode resonances are detuned from rated operational speed and enough strength are given for high frequency mode vibratory stress. The geometries and positions of the stub will significantly affect the second model frequency.
