摘要
分析了几种常见的管子管板胀接方法,提出了胀接过程中的要求和注意事项。无论是机械胀接还是液压胀接,均在各类核电换热器制造中得到了广泛应用。胀接后,可选取不同的胀接公式进行胀紧率的计算。在核电换热器的管子管板胀接中,换热管的壁厚减薄率可根据胀接方法及胀管要求进行选择。液压胀接具有应力均匀、胀接长度大、过渡区残余应力小等优点。
Several common heat exchanger tube to tube sheet expanding methods have been analyzed, and requirements and notes in the expanding process have been proposed. Both mechanical expanding and hydraulic expanding have been widely used in the manufacture of various types of nuclear heat exchangers. After expanding joint, different formulas can be selected to calculate the swelling rate of expanded joint. In the tube to tube sheet expansion of nuclear heat exchangers, wall reduction rate of heat transfer tubes can be selected according to the method of expanding method and expanding requirements. Hydraulic expansion has several advantages such as stress uniformity, long length of expanding joint, small residual stress of the transition zone etc.
