摘要
以野生豹纹鳃棘鲈Plectropomus leopardus为材料,采用抽血、植物血球凝集素(PHA)和秋水仙素体腹腔注射法,取头肾细胞制备染色体标本,对其染色体核型和Ag-NORs进行了分析。结果表明:豹纹鳃棘鲈二倍体染色体数目为48,其核型公式为2n=2st(t)+46t,NF=48;仅有1对NORs位于第1对染色体长臂靠近着丝粒的位置。
The karyotypic and Ag-NORs patterns were investigated in chromosomes of head kidneys of wild leopard coraltrout Plectropomus leopardus collected from Hainan in vivo treated with phytohemagglutinin （ PHA） and colchicines and by Giemsa and Ag-NORs staining techniques. The results showed that leopard coraltrout had karyotypic formula of 2n=2st（t）＋46t, and NF=48, and one pair of NORs on the long arm of pair No. 1.
