网络行为与自我意识的相关性分析——以大学生网民为例

The Correlation Analysis Between Internet Behaviour and Self-evaluation—Taking College Internet Users as an Example

借助问卷调查数据,对大学生的网络使用行为与自我意识的关系进行了定量分析。研究发现,大学生的网络使用行为与自我意识存在着显著的相关性。网络使用过度与依赖,与大学生过多的自我否定与自我批评、较低的自我认同与自信心不足、消极的自我应对有关。因此,提高大学生的自信心与自我价值肯定,培育大学生的积极自我应对意识,有助于减少大学生的网络使用过度与依赖现象。

A quantitative study was made to test the correlation between college students＇ Internet behaviour and self-evaluation through a questionnaire survey. The result shows that such correlation does exist. Exces- sive use of and reliance on the network has close relationship with students＇ self-denial, self-criticism, low self-identification, poor self-esteem and pessimism. Therefore, the improvement of college students＇ self- confidence and cultivation of students＇ positive self-evaluation can help to reduce college students＇ exces- sive use of and reliance on the Internet.
