国内外农民专业合作组织农业科技创新经验

Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Experience of the Farmer Specialized Cooperative Organization at Home and Abroad

虽然各个国家的农业发展阶段、经济环境、政策支持均有不同,但农民专业合作组织自产生发展100多年以来,却极大地促进了农业资源的整合和科技传播。笔者分析了国内外农民专业合作组织在人才培养、社员教育、政府支持、科技成果推广等方面的典型经验和作法,可为进一步提升农民专业合作组织的农业科技创新能力提供借鉴。

The farmer professional cooperation organization, as a bridge between the agricuhural research, extension and farmers, pro- motes resource integration and dissemination of agricultural science and technology, and it plays a more and more important role in the agricultural science and technology innovation and transformation. This paper analyzed the domestic and international experience and practice of specialized cooperative organizations of farmers in agricultural science and technology innovation, it could provide ref- erence for further enhancing the scientific and technological innovation ability of the farmer specialized eoonerative or^anizatlon.
